Health insurance may: Large breasts in a normal weight patient, with associated symptoms of upper back and neck pain, shoulder indentations from bra straps, rashes in breast folds etc are criteria that most insurances look favorably at alongwith the statement by your physician that he or she can excise atleast a pound of breast tissue from each side. Some insurances use the schnur scale for approval/denial.
