Yes you can: Adding the second procedure does add a bit of risk to breast reduction this should be considered when considering the added convenience of having both procedure done at the same time. However it may also save you a bit of money because if the liposuction was going to be performed under general anesthesia part of that anesthesia cost will be already covered by your insurance.
