Why will i need my rest after delivery?

Breastfeeding: You lose blood after the delivery and so you will need to rest to regain some strength. Also breastfeeding is physically demanding so getting as much rest as possible is very important.

Fatigue: The act of labor and delivery can be very tiring and may fatigue you, so rest will be important. If you are blessed and have a very easy labor, you may not need that much rest, but take it in the hospital when you can get it as you will soon have a baby you need to care for 24/7! good luck!
