What are the main restrictions when you have a baclofen pump placed?

Avoid trauma to pump: Normal activity should not bother your pump. Avoid hitting the pump while things are healing up to avoid opening up of the incision or infection. If you notice any fever or drainage from the incisions contact your surgeon. The main concern with the pump is infection initially which would require pump removal. If the pump starts beeping, get it evaluated quickly to avoid Baclofen withdrawal
