Can you tell me the age and weight requirements to install a baclofen pump?

Depends on reason: This can be different for patients depending on whether the spasticity is due to spinal cord injury or cp, or other neurologic issues and how severe they are. It is a case b case basis and I have seen patients as young as six with pumps, but there were very severe cerebral palsy patients. Speak with a physiatrist regarding a full history and physical exam and they can help specifically to you.
