A member asked:

Can conjugate linoleic acid (cla) cause skin dryness, if people take / eat it for a long time?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Linoleic acid: Conjugated linoleic acid is a fatty acid that is found in dairy products and certain meats. Current studies didn't show an association of conjugated linoleic acid supplements and skin dryness. It could be due to other causes such as dry air, moisturizers misuse, long showers, and insufficient nutrition.
