Probably: Common side effects after brain bleeding will depend somewhat on the location. Headaches, nausea, vomiting, neck stiffness, poor concentration and memory are common complaints. Arm or leg weakness, speech problems and higher cognitive function may also be present. Many of the common symptoms will improve over time. If the eloquent areas are affected, the effects may be long lasting.

Usually: After any head trauma symptoms such as dizziness, headache, vertigo and memory problems can persist for weeks for month. Depending on the severity of actually brain injury some may be permanent.
