Arms and legs numb: There are many possibilities. Your body has undergone many changes with the pregnancy and delivery and now the work and effort to take care of your baby is huge. You may have developed nutritional or hormonal changes that need correction. You may have developed anemia or thyroid problems or are sleep deprived or over worked. Talk to your doctor about these possibilities.

Curious symptoms.: Depression can certainly manifest this way and is very common postpartum. Rarely, autoimmune disorders such as dermatomyositis can erupt postpartum - seek medical and psycholgical help.
