Penicillin allergy: No, penicillin and Levofloxacin do not cross react. Penicillin is a beta lactam antibiotic and Levofloxacin is a quinolone; they are not related. . Occasional people seem to react to many different types of medications that are not related; this phenomenon is called multiple drug allergy syndrome. Unless you have other drug allergies already, this is unlikely to happen to you.
