Hep A diet: Healthy diet, lots of fruits and vegetables especially raw and blended with smoothies, berries, nuts, rice milk, almond milk, eggs, lean grass fed beef, wild salmon, walnuts, green salads. Avoid most fats and oils except extra virgin olive oil.
