Neck pain: 1. Temperature modality used to relax muscle and decrease pain. Electric stimulants, tens unit use and altrasound application belong to this. 2. Passive range of motion, including cervical stretch as tolerate to relax muscle and decrease the nerve root irritation. 3. Neck muscle strengthening exercise with cautions of not causing more pain.
