Estrogen dominance: To be on the safe side, it would probably be best to have a careful breast exam from your doctor, who will then be able to assess the need for additional tests (including different hormones). With that said, sore breasts are associated with pms and, more generally, estrogen dominance. The doctor, after appropriate blood tests, can treat the estrogen dominance with natural progesterone.
