What can i do if one breast is larger than the other (extreme difference)?

Big smaller vs...: ... Small bigger. Depending on the size and shape differences, it may be simplest to put an implant in the smaller breast. Reducing the larger breast is an option but would result in more scarring. This will likely be cosmetic rather than insurance. Find a board certified plastic surgeon who offers free consults and you can hopefully get a more personal assessment.

Surgery: We can reduce and lift the larger breast to match the smaller, or put an implant in to make the smaller match the larger, or combination of both.
