Big smaller vs...: ... Small bigger. Depending on the size and shape differences, it may be simplest to put an implant in the smaller breast. Reducing the larger breast is an option but would result in more scarring. This will likely be cosmetic rather than insurance. Find a board certified plastic surgeon who offers free consults and you can hopefully get a more personal assessment.

See Plastic Surgeon: Please do yourself a favor and see a plastic surgeon. There are lots of things that can be done. One can be made bigger, one smaller, or both. Each as individual as each patient.
