What can i do about bell's palsy?

Bell's palsy.: I've had this myself. There is no specific treatment. Sometimes a short course of oral steroids may reduce the intensity and length of time this goes on. It may be viral related. Usually it is gone in about 2 weeks if there is no nerve damage.

A few things: Most doctors would prescribe a short course of high dose steroids, and anti-viral medication. Further workup is needed if it is not getting better within a few weeks, or if there are other symptoms such as pain, rash, other body weakness, etc.
