Weight lifting: Weight lifting is an art, please seek professional help for the training as if you do not use a roper technique you can hurt yourself badly. If done with proper technique and you do not have any other contraindications to weight lifting it is okay to do it. Please see your doctor for pre approval. Some muscle soreness is common.
