Absolutely: Abusing substances is a potentially much more lethal form of the famous forrest gump saying: "you never know what you're going to get." substances procured on the street are unreliable in their contents, and can induce hallucinations on their own. They can also trigger descent into psychotic illness that outlasts the substance's presence in the body. Dysregulation worsens existing conditions too.
