Any relation between psychosis and amphetamine abuse?

Yes: Amphetamine abuse has been associated with paranoia, which is a psychotic process. Judicious use of amphetamine is not associated with psychosis, except in previous unrecognized/undiagnosed psychotic or bipolar disorders.

Very much: Amphetamine abuse commonly causes paranoia that can progress to paranoid delusions. An agitated, manic-like psychosis is also possible with auditory and visual hallucinations. See: http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/stimulant_psychosis.
