Oxygen use: If you use oxygen 24/7 then your physician has determined that it is needed continuously. Going with no oxygen could be a life threatening event. I would recommend that you carry a backup supply at all times.

Hard to say: Without a chance to review a proper history,exam and tests there is no way to say for sure.Treatment with continuous oxygen implies that your lungs cannot extract adequate oxygen from room air to keep your blood oxygen level up in a normal range.Movement/daily activities might just be hampered if your levels were a bit low, forcing you to be sedentary. It might also make you likely to die.
