Can a heart murmur cause a seizure in 1 year olds?

No: A murmur is a physical and not a disease. Its audible turbulence . It can be from a valve problem, shunt, fever, etc its not the murmur that caused the seizure its the underlying problem that caused both.Would need more info to be more specific.
