Suggest hypothyroid: Depending on what part of the country you are in different labs have slightly different normals. However anything above 4 is usually suggestive of hypothyroidism. If you are having symptoms such as being cold when everyone else feels warm, or constantly fatigued and experience frequent constipation, you may have hypothyroidism or low functioning thyroid. Check with your primary care.
