Many possibilities: Abdominal pains may be related to pregnancy or unrelated. An emergency is ectopic pregnancy-a pregnancy in your fallopian tubes that could rupture them and cause severe bleeding. Another serious possibility is appendicitis but usually there are symptoms like fever. A urinary tract infection is common during pregnancy. Other things: constipation, gas, muscle/ligament strain, pelvic infection.
