If my eyes are yellow? can i have leukemia?

Sounds like jaundice: "yellow eyes" are more suggestive of liver disease or the blood disease hemolytic anemia than leukemia. You should probably seek medical attention if you have a yellow color to your eyes, though not necessarily for leukemia.

Probably not: Yellow eyes called icterus are usually a sign of a liver problem. When bilirubin is elevated the yellow color appears. If your body is very rapidly destroying red cells this could happen. More commonly leukemia causes paleness around the eyes. This is usually a sign of a liver problem and you should get checked.
