Lots: There are a large number of conditions that can cause weight loss. At your age colon cancer is low on the list. It is a good idea to see your doctor because there are a large number of easily treatable thing that you might have. You deserve to get this resolved and go on with your life.

Needs investigation: Without a family history a 22 year male is highly unlikely to have colon cancer. Lack of appetite may be due to many causes would require a detailed history, physical examination and lab and/or imaging studies. Please consult your doctor.
