Not generally: Colon cancer is not unheard of in 22 year olds, but is extremely rare, unless there is a strong family history (genetic predisposition, various syndromes). See your doc, get examined, mention your fears; get reassured. If there are significant abnormalities that deserve further ealuation, then they can be addressed as well.
