Rx: This is the 21st century; the over-the-counter meds don't work well, and you deserve something that does. I've had very good success with cheap topical Clindamycin with or without a retinoic acid derivative. Consider adding oral tetracycline or Erythromycin as suitable for the individual if needed. Dermatologists have bigger guns. All acne can be managed today if that is your wish.
