What should i do about swollen toes?

See a doctor: Toes should not swell. If toes swell it may be secondary to an arthritic condition like rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis. Etc....Particularly if only the toes are swollen.

Soak: If the toes have no redness or pealing, than soak in warm water and epsom salt for 5-10 minutes at least twice daily.
