Functional & psyche: Depends upon severity of hypospadias & if & how well repaired. Urinary opening is underneath so shoes may get wet with voiding, urine may spray if opening large + risk of urethritis after sex. Penis may be bent &/or small making sex difficult. Psychologically men may be self conscious in public or club showers, or fearful that their genitals don't look normal & fear of ridicule.Slight genetic risk.
