Yes if delivery #6: At five deliveries, one is designated a grand multipara and the risk of postpartum hemorrhage increases with the fifth delivery, not 5th pregnancy. It increases each time. The uterus becomes less responsive to contracting after delivery and may experience atony (does not contract) which causes hemorrhage. Postpartum bleeding is controlled by the uterus contracting and clamping off its vessels.
