How is it possible to get pregnant when taking birth control at the same time everyday?

Not 100 % effective: While more effective that not taking anything, no birth control is 100 % effective. Sometimes changes in the metabolism of hormones due to changes in liver function can result in less than 100 % effectiveness. Use of antibiotics can also change effectiveness.
