Yes.: Migraines are considered a neurologocal disorder. There are some primary-care practitioners who are knowledgeable and confident enough to treat migraines, and there's nothing wrong with that. But migraines are usually considered to be within the neurologocal scope of practice. Whether they are come with or without paresthesia and aura.
