You can't: The migraine aura is a neurosensory disturbance that includes a series of idiopathic, neurologic symptoms that develop gradually over a 5-20 minute period and last less than an hour. An aura that lasts more than 60 minutes may be indicative of serious pathology. The onset of the actual migraine headache usually occurs within 60 minutes after the aura abates. Idiopathic = we don't know why or how.
