Multiple ways: Avoid peak pollen times which are in the morning. Air conditioning can help. Low or non sedating antihistamines can help (such as loratadine, Cetirizine or fexophenadine). Prescription topical steroid or antihistamine nasal sprays are very effective. Specific allergy immunotherapy (allergy shots fda approved, sublingual immunotherapy is a promising but is not fda approved) can reduce the allergy.
