A member asked:

What is the easiest way to prevent heart attacks?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

NOT easy: We have a duty to ourselves and others to find some kind of aerobic exercise that we actually enjoy, preferably with friends. Quitting smoking is not easy. If your cholesterol is a problem, managing a diet is not easy and medications can help. If you're hypertensive or diabetic, finding the best rx isn't always easy. These are key and even ignoring the pop/junk media claims isn't easy. Good luck.
