Here is available...: I assumed you want to improve urine flow. If so, alpha-blockers such as doxazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin, alfuzosin, etc. Are the initial bid. If really having enlarged prostate, add 5-alpha reductase inhibitors such as finasteride, dutasteride, etc. Note: enlarged prostate doesn't mean always having problem to urinate although more likely, and vice versa.
