A member asked:

What are the physiological effects of becoming very scared?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many to consider: When you become scared you could feel one or more of the following symptoms: diarrhea, sweating secondary to adrenaline rush, fast heart rate, weakness in the legs. Initial response would be a powerful release of adrenaline to help you escape the scary situation, although some people may lock-up and faint.
