Antioxidant: Grapeseed is a source of powerful free radical scavengers, or antioxidants, and has been used in allergic disorders, including asthma. Also, it has been used for a variety of vascular complaints, such as varicose veins and peripheral vascular disease. I am not sure if its efficacy is definitively supported by clinical evidence from actual studies on patients.
