Yes, but: Yes, nasal lavage helps with many nasal symptoms including nasal drainage, allergy, secretions, sinus drainage, etc. Nasal Comfort I think is no longer sold. Any OTC nasal lavage product would do the same. If symptoms persist, see ENT doc. Don't overuse decongestant nasal sprays.
