Is there an option for having sex, but not taking any birth control and not getting pregnant?

Not really: Having tubes tied or partner having vasectomy seem to be the only two options for this question and technically both are forms of birth control.

Barrier method?: Maybe i'm saying something too obvious, but any method of barrier contraception - cndom, female condom, diaphragm - allows sex without pregnancy when used correctly. These do not involve 'taking' anything.
