Highly likely : If you have been inconsistent with the pill then there is high chance that you can get pregnant. Post coital has to be taken within 72 hours of sex . If you do not conceive then you can see your doctor and go onto a different contraceptive like Depo provera injection , jadelle , cu -T or mirena .
