Yes.: It can help increase bone density, but much more so when you are in late teens and early twenties. Remember, no amount of calcium, vitamin d, or natural hormones can prevent calcium loss from bones if they are not stressed. So the answer is yes.

Yes: Doing physical activity promotes bone building by adding stress to bone. Bone under stress will cause the bone cells to add calcium making bone denser and stronger.
