Depends how diff.: It depends on how different you're talking about. Certain parts of the country have totally different allergens that don't exist elsewhere. For example, in texas you can get mountain cedar which pollinates in the winter, but this is not present in the mountain west. So if you've moved a significant distance things could be different, if within the same region, not likely.

Symptoms might go: Allergy symptoms occur when a person with a sensitivity to a substance enters in contact with the substance. This is the environmental variable. Allergy symptoms may also change with use of different medications and other not well defined factors such as hormonal status, temperature, stress physical or emotional. The allergy sensitivity commonly changes in children, not quite seen in adults.

Sometimes: Many food allergies in children resolve spontaneously including milk, egg, wheat, soy (but not nuts or peanuts). Sometimes environmental allergies will resolve over time, but not as common as above food allergies. Nickel, gold, latex, poison ivy and other contact allergies do not resolve.
