Is something wrong with me if I keep waking up at 4:15 a.M.?

Waking up early?: Sometimes early awakening means that we are anxious or depressed. Other clues include excessive worry, feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or simply a loss of interest in things we usually enjoy. Anxiety and depression are important to recognize. They can be treated! if you believe you are depressed or have suicidal feelings, get help now. Call your doctor or local crisis clinic. Good luck. Lgromko.
