Time: Acute effects are about 3 to 6 hours. But ecstasy is the gift that keeps on giving. After effects of ecstasy can include: disorientation, agitation, paranoia, hallucinations, delusions, memory problems, palpitations, high or low blood pressure, destruction of blood vessels, toxicity to the heart, chest pain, etc. Detection 2 to 3 days.
