A member asked:

What do you recommend for vaginal yeast when the anti-fungal medicine was not effective enough?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yeast infection: If anti-fungal cream is not working, we usually resort to the oral tablets. Fluconazole 150 mg. Just one dose. Can repeat in 1 week if any symptoms persist.
