Not likely, but: Some individuals are more likely to become anxious during silent meditations that don't provide complete structure. These might be people who dissociate easily, who are psychotic already, or some who suffer from borderline personality disorder. Dbt is a form of therapy involving mindfulness practice, that may help people with borderline pd tolerate anxiety better if regular meditation is too much.
