Dizzy: Anytime a person is dizzy to me this mandates a doctor visit. Your low back pain may be causing your sleepy feet as there are nerves in the spine that supply the sensation to the feet. When you go to have the dizzyness checked out, obviously mention the rest to the doc, but don't procrastinate.
