See your doctor: Pregnancy occurs near ovulation=release of egg -- about 14 days AFTER your period starts. Sex 1 day before your period starts is VERY RARE to cause pregnancy but possible (but very high for sexually transmitted diseases). Being pregnant for 7 days would not account for your symptoms. You say you had your period July 31st. It is not due until August 28th, which is over 3 weeks away. ???

See a doctor: Not sure about the timing you describe above but if you've missed a period and had unprotected sex, take a pregnancy test. The other symptoms could be a viral infection so I would see your doctor for a check.
