Dizziness: Is this vertigo or lightheadedness? Vertigo aggravated by head turning is often an inner ear disorder. Lightheadedness may be due to high or low blood pressure,anemia,abnormal heart rhythms. Since you're also noting fatigue and sleepiness, evaluation by a physician will be needed. Appropriate tests,including thyroid studies, will be ordered. Sleep apnea will also be looked for.
