I hate to say it but: That could be a multitude of things. A lot depends on you age, activities, past medical history, etc. It could be anything from "growing pains" to a blood clot to neuropathy to a stress fracture. This is a question for your primary care doctor. My advice is that you see your local doctor in the flesh. Your history is essential to a correct diagnosis, as a good exam. Good luck.

Depends: Depends on whether you lack potassium, calcium or overuse of some muscles that are not use before.You need to see doctor for evaluation and proper treatment.
