When i insert the applicator how will i know when to push the tampon up and into my body?

Halfway: When the applicator is halfway in push the plunger. The tampon just needs to be in the vagina. It does not have to be at the cervix. Always make sure the string is hanging out so that you know it is there and can easily pull it out.
